started Heroes marathon at 10pm last night. havent got a single wink of sleep. went jogging for an hour at the stadium in uni. 3.2 km. not all running of course. so called power walking and some jog.i like track jogging. easy to know how much you ran.and the weather this morning was beautiful. got em vitamin D too! then some guavas, a papaya, french bean and onion leaves. there's a proper name for that cant remember at this moment. onion leaves with some preserved black mushroom and eggs make a good omelette. then watched one episode of Heroes. did laundry. the sun is good. i like my clothes to have that sun-drying-effect smell. gonna take a short nap and later meet em kids. yeay! have a nice day everyone!!!
