Grew up loving all things food & nutrition, beauty & fashion - essentially everything in a woman's world. Passion? maybe, hobby? YES! just not enough to drive me into a career close to any of those field mentioned above yet. However, I am still forever grateful for where and what I am doing now - God works in ways we can never understand - all I know there must be a higher purpose for me to be where I am now. Keep me humble God; that You will continue to teach and I will continue to learn!
So what do i actually currently do? There is no exact noun or verb to go with it - like teach-er or law-yer; let's just say i study or do research. i used to do scientific research, now i do commercial research. Besides that, i do a bit of project management, tracking and implementation. My little cosmetic hobby @ addiction helps to destress - ALOT!
Systematically, from head to toe - i have 7 skin concerns that i constantly try to mitigate:
(a) Oily and dandruff prone scalp
(b) Dry hair
(c) Blemishes which then becomes scar
(d) huge pores on the nose!!!
(e) Upper lip discoloration (Upper lip has two different visible tones)
(f) Oily nose throughout the day (Not exactly T-zone - cause its only the nose!)

I have oily skin, blemish prone around the cheeks and chin. naturally my hair is jet black - but its now brownish yellow - damaged from colouring and perming. Most of my skin care hunt and trial and error would cover concerns mentioned above. If anyone were to ask me what is my biggest concern ever it would be my dark undereye circle. Because concealing it makes a whole load of difference to my face!
I am not that adventurous when it comes to makeup - i only love and attempt natural, flawless looking skin type of makeups - hence my search would always be on foundations and concealers especially, followed by blushers and mascara. Very little on eyeshadows, nail polishes etc.
On food and nutrition, it will come and go. i love cooking and trying out my own wacky recipes - its just quite a hassle to cook after work now. =(

Blogging - besides being a good training ground for writing - I believe time pasts too fast and this is quite an effective motivation for me to document things.
